Post his degree in Theology Ben started his career in youth ministry working for two local churches in Poole. During this time he met his wife, Katie, an old Castellan. They then ventured to South Africa for two years with their first-born son working for a youth organisation facilitating young people working on social action projects across Durban. On his return he worked for Bournemouth Education Authority on an integrated services programme. For the last 15 years he has worked in IT and Business Consultancy and currently works for a Canadian Consultancy and outsourcing firm. Both Ben’s boys also attended Castle Court and the family are active members of St Mary’s Church Longfleet.  He is also a Trustee of Faithworks, Greenhill Fellowship Trust, The Bulgarian Support Fund and The Palau UK and Europe Association.
