Admissions Process

Your Castle Court Journey Begins Here.

“From the moment we arrived, everyone at Castle Court was incredibly friendly and welcoming. We were completely blown away by our visit and have talked about little else since. It was clear to us that Castle Court is a truly special place — a school where children can begin an exciting and enriching journey together, supported by a warm and inspiring community. We left feeling so excited about the future and confident that Castle Court is the perfect fit for our family.”  Prospective Family

No two families are the same.

Some visit once and instantly feel at home; others prefer to explore more deeply over several visits. That’s why we offer a range of experiences—from open days to tailored private visits—so you can choose the approach that suits you best. We encourage you to come and walk our beautiful grounds, meet our inspiring staff, and begin building a relationship with us. During your visit, you’ll also have the opportunity to spend time with our Head, Katie Johnson, and discover how we nurture confident leaders, creative thinkers, and curious minds.

If you would like to book a visit or know more please contact the Admissions Team on 01202 694438 or admissions@castlecourt.com.  We look forward to welcoming you to Castle Court!

* Parental responsibility is defined as: 'Biological mothers, most biological fathers (married to the mother and named on the birth certificate) and all adoptive parents automatically have Parental Responsibility for their child and should please tick the box. Any other adult who has Parental Responsibility for this child should be named on this form, ticking the box and providing evidence to the school of their PR (for example: PR agreement / PR order). Parental Responsibility cannot be 'assumed' by (for example) a step-father/mother, and parents should be clear with the school at this stage over their legal status.' If you are unsure, please leave this box blank and contact the Registrar for further advice
If yes to any of these questions please send further information to admissions@castlecourt.com. If appropriate, please list any external professionals currently working with your child/family.

When registering, there is a Registration fee of £120 inc vat (non-refundable) and a Deposit of £500 refundable on the leaver’s bill).

We/I agree to be bound by the following terms:

  1. A full term’s notice is required, in writing, to the Head before a child is withdrawn, failing which the fees for the following term must be paid in full.
  2. All fees are payable by the first day of term; fees not paid by the first day of term may be subject to an interest charge of 2% per month (not applicable to the direct debit scheme).
  3. The school reserves the right to require the removal of any pupil whose conduct necessitates it, in the opinion of the Head.
  4. It is understood that the school may need to work closely with and share information with other local agencies; at the end of my child’s time in the school, if he/she has a child protection file it will be passed directly to my child’s next school; pastoral/welfare records may also be passed to future schools prior to transfer in order to enable staff to make appropriate provision for a child as they move to their next school; if my child is in EYFS and also attends another nursery setting, I can expect Castle Court School to share information with relevant staff within that setting.
