Year 4

The crane is a major project and takes most of the year. It covers a wide range of skills and equipment. The cranes use a hydraulic action and in the final stages pupils can personalise their structures. The project enables pupils to experience a wide range of tools and equipment including electric hand-drills and electric fretsaws.
