Who is the tallest of them all?!
The rate at which different children grow and develop is always fascinating, not least for the children themselves. This term the children in Reception have been learning about measuring. In order to demonstrate height the youngest girls and boys were given the task of measuring the oldest children at the top of the school. Maryanne Helllewell, Head of Early Years said “The exercise proved quite difficult however it was a really good way of putting theory into practice and because the children had fun, they have remembered what they learnt ”.
